No. RodentHero is a referral service that helps connect homeowners with independent pest-control providers. We don’t perform inspections, treatments, or repairs ourselves.
What does it cost to use RodentHero?
RodentHero does not charge you a referral fee. Your phone carrier’s normal charges may apply. Providers set their own inspection and service prices; ask about all charges before scheduling or agreeing to work.
Can I get help today?
Ask the provider about the earliest available appointment. Timing depends on your location, the service needed, and provider availability. Same-day service is not guaranteed.
What if I’m not sure whether it’s rats or mice?
Tell the provider what you’ve noticed. You do not need to identify the species before asking about an inspection.
Who will handle the work?
An independent provider you choose to hire. Confirm their identity, required licenses and insurance, pricing, scope of work, and any warranty directly with them before booking.
Do you cover my area?
Coverage depends on your ZIP code and participating providers’ service areas. Ask about availability before making plans; not every service is available in every location.
Do I need recurring service?
That depends on the provider’s assessment and your preferences. Ask whether a one-time visit, follow-up visits, or an ongoing plan is being proposed, and review any renewal or cancellation terms.
