The service

RodentHero, operated by HyperTarget Marketing LLC, is a free referral service. When you call a RodentHero number we ask a few questions and connect you with an independent pest control provider or referral partner that serves your area. By calling, you agree to these terms and consent to the call being recorded and transcribed as described in our privacy policy.

We are not the provider

RodentHero does not inspect homes, perform treatments, exclusion work or repairs, and does not employ the providers we connect you with. Providers are independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, insurance, pricing, scheduling, and work. Any estimate, service agreement, warranty or invoice is between you and the provider.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee that a provider will be available in your area, that an appointment will be offered on any particular day, that any price will be the lowest available, or any particular result. Statements on this site about typical availability or timing are general and vary by location and provider.

Compensation

Providers and referral partners pay us for the calls we refer. Those commercial relationships, along with your location and provider availability, determine which provider you reach. We do not represent every provider in your area. See our advertising disclosure.

Before you hire

Confirm the provider's identity, license, and insurance; ask for a written scope and price; and read any service agreement, including renewal and cancellation terms, before agreeing to work.

Acceptable use

Do not use RodentHero numbers for anything other than a genuine inquiry about rodent or pest control service. Do not place repeated, automated, coached, or fraudulent calls, impersonate another person, or attempt to interfere with the site or our call routing. We may block numbers and report abuse.

Information on this site

Articles and FAQs are general information, not an inspection, diagnosis, or treatment plan for your property. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; their content and policies are their own.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HyperTarget Marketing LLC is not liable for the acts, omissions, work, or pricing of any provider, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
